What data we collect

• Data you send through the contact form: name, company, email, phone number and message.
• Data you send us by email or phone.
• Technical data recorded by the hosting server: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and requested page (server logs).

Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and prepare an offer: steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To perform a contract with you or your company: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To meet legal obligations, for example in accounting: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

How long we keep data

Requests that do not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Contract and accounting documents are kept for the period required by Estonian law, generally 7 years. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting and email service providers and, when needed to perform a deal, by our subcontractors TORRO LOGISTICS Sp. z o.o. (logistics, Poland) and 365ecom OÜ (marketing, Estonia). All of them process data under agreements and only for the stated purposes.

Transfers outside the EU

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If this becomes necessary, we will use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
