About Velmirex
We are an Estonian service company that runs cross-border trade deals for small and mid-sized businesses entering new markets or building a purchasing channel.
What we do and why
Small companies rarely have their own procurement, logistics and marketing teams. They hire separate contractors, and nobody is responsible for the result of the deal as a whole.
Velmirex fills that gap. We coordinate every stage, from market analysis and supplier checks to delivery, marketplace sales and the calculation of real profit. Our main activity is agency services in non-specialised wholesale trade, complemented by business consulting, marketing and data processing.
Our model
- Agent, not reseller
- We do not take ownership of goods and are not a party to the sale. We are paid for organising and supporting the deal.

- You work with one coordinator who leads the deal from the first idea to the profit calculation.
- Specialist partners
- Transport and marketing are delivered by experienced subcontractors under service agreements.

- Every deal is measured after logistics costs, marketplace fees and advertising.
Leadership
Director & Founder
Our director and founder has six years of experience in client service, administrative support and business process coordination in trade, healthcare and corporate environments.
Handling large volumes of requests, coordinating schedules and meetings, managing documents and working with information systems form the operational basis of how we support clients. The director is responsible for client relationships, order control and company administration.
Our partner network
Specialised functions are delivered by established companies under service agreements. You keep one contract and one contact person with us.
